Parboiled rice is not precooked, but because of the special processing, it becomes a better source of fibre, calcium, potassium and vitamin B-6 than regular white rice.
Sri Bhagyalakshmi Idli/Idly/Parboiled Rice is prepared in Sri Bhagyalakshmi processing plant equipped with advanced machines from BUHLER. After paddy cleaning, the rice is classified at a capacity of 20 tons per hour and prepared for parboiling. Bühler cleaning equipment guarantees contamination free rice (product).
